Described as the poetry of anatomy by its director Meg Duncan, Guts is an experimental film that looks at love through the organs of the human body.

For Guts I was brought in during the Production phase to record some Drone footage for the "Lungs" sequence. While on set I discussed with the director the visual style that she was trying to emulate, which eventually lead to her ultimately offering me the role of colorist. As the film was going through Post, I continued to discuss with Meg the feelings she wanted to evoke through color in each shot, and after a few cuts, we finally reached a conclusion.
